NumisMedia Member Inventory
Including Pre-Auction Inventory

The NumisMedia Member Inventory lists current rare coin inventory (along with a few miscellaneous items) entered by members of NumisMedia's community of national coin dealers. The database was last updated

Many items are listed in the database as Pre-Auction Inventory, available for our Express Auctions ready to be sent to the NumisMedia Online Auctions by YOU.

Look for the green and gold buttons to start an auction and place the first bid. Best of all, these Express Auctions end at your discretion in only 2 Days or 6 Hours after you hit 'Send to Auction' keeping you ahead of the sniping competition. You must be a registered bidder (registering is free) to bid on items within our Online Auctions.

Coins listed as not available for auction are still for sale, although contacting a member dealer about a coin with the Contact Member form does not complete a transaction, but initiates communication between the buyer and the member dealer of NumisMedia.

Dealers Preparing For FUN

January 5, 2009

Dealers are getting themselves and their inventory ready to head for Orlando to attend the FUN Convention this week. After a somewhat quiet December, the wholesale teletype systems are very active today with dealers looking for specific coins or volume deals. Modern Bullion coins are still hot with many dealers looking to fill customer wantlists. Supplies remain thin and premiums are steady.
There are various cyclic changes throughout this week’s LD Wholesale Market Dealer Price Guide. Many dealers had withdrawn or lowered their bids over the last few weeks, but there have been only a few severe declines as a result of actual sales. Half Cents, Large Cents, Indian and Lincoln Cents have fared well during this quiet market. Most issues have remained unchanged with the majority of adjustments moving slightly higher. The Lincoln series contains numerous increases for MS66 and MS67 issues dated from 1909 to 1918. These top grade coins are extremely attractive to avid collectors.
Bust Dimes and Seated Dimes are still attracting attention for most Mint State grades, while MS65 and higher indicate some increases. Type prices for Barber Dimes in MS65 and MS66 fell to $510 and $950 Market due to discounted sales of a few dates. Dealers expect the Wholesale Market for Bust and Seated Quarters to remain stable at FUN because of the lack of accurately graded supplies in the marketplace. This time next week we should have a better gauge of where dealers think the market is headed.

Read all of this week's E-News for website updates, E-News exclusive discounts, What's Hot, What's Not, and more. E-News Weekly is available to Dealer Subscribers and Members only.
